Parade

Parade participants meet at Leonard Elementary School parking lot. 335 E. Elmwood Leonard, MI 48367.

Parade begins at NOON and lasts approximately 1 hour.

Address and deadline are on the form. Political entries include $25.

Bike Decorating Contest

All children are welcome...

Bikes need to arrive at parade site; Leonard Elementary School parking lot by 11:30. Wagons pulled by an adult are welcome also. Bikes will travel together in the bike section of the parade. Children under 5 must be escorted by an adult during the parade. 

The decorating contest will be judged just prior to the start of the parade while in their section of the parade line-up and the winners will be awarded ribbons. Their names will be announced by the parade MC during the parade.

School building is closed and parking lot is not available during the festival.

Craft Show

Applications must arrive by June 30, 2018. 

 

$30 for a single - $45 for a double, before June 30, 2018. $50 for a single - $70 for a double, after June 30, 2018. 

 

July 1, 2018 deadline – After July 1, site will be assigned where available.

Rules:

  • 1. The time for vendor arrival will be 8:00am for setup.
  • 2. No animals allowed at booths.
  • 3. Vendors will receive a confirmation letter with your site # in advance.
  • 4. Vendors will go directly to pre confirmed site location #. There will be no check-in table.
  • 5. No booths, items or objects protruding into or over sidewalks.
  • 6. Absolutely no vehicles on sidewalks at anytime.
  • 7. No vendor vehicles allowed on East Elmwood Street before 5:30pm for departure of booths.
  • 8. Any vendors that do not comply with these regulations are subject to ticketing by the Oakland County Sheriff.
  • 9. All vendors must provide own tent, table, chairs for personal use.
  • 10. Insurance form must be submitted with booth registration.
  • 11. Booth spaces are not electrically equipped.
  • 12. Your booth # will be marked on side of road.

These regulations have been set forth to maintain the safety of all our guests.
